Chocolate Rice Krispies Squares

 75 g (1/3 cup) butter
 43 g (1/2 cup) cocoa powder
 1/3 cup honey
 3 cups miniature marshmallows or 24 large
 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
 130 g (1 cup) salted shellle peanuts

Butter a 9 inches square pan.

In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. First add the cocoa and then the honey. Add the marshmallows and vanilla and stir until the marshmallows are completely melted. Remove from heat and immediately incorporate the cereals and peanuts.

Pour into the pan and press with the palm of your hand or the back of a glass. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours before cutting into squares.
