3 Fruit Sauces for yogurt

By preparing homemade yogurt we see that it is not only economical but it is tastier than store bought yogurts. One of our favorite desserts is a bowl of plain yogurt topped with fresh blueberries and honey.

Over the seasons, I prepare fruit sauces that I freeze to flavor my yogurt throughout the year. When my reserves are used up, I use my frozen or store-bought fruit. Just before serving, add about 2 tablespoons of sauce to each serving of yogurt.

Here are 3 fruit sauces, strawberry, mango and rhubarb,  that keep for 1 week in the refrigerator  and 1 year in the freezer. The strawberry sauce have 2 variants prepared with blueberries or raspberries.
