 8 slices of cooked roast pork
 ¾ cup (175 ml) barbecue basting sauce
 4 hamburger buns
 Butter
 4 slices of onion
 4 slices of green pepper

Set the oven rack at 5 inches (12 cm) of the grill. Preheat the oven at broil.

Cover the bottom of a saucepan or (a glass casserole if you use the microwave) with a small amount of sauce. Put the pork in the saucepan and cover with remaining sauce. Simmer on low heat or microwave at medium heat until hot. Keep warm while proceeding with remaining steps.

Open buns, spread each half with butter and place on a cookie sheet.

Place a slice of onion on one half of bun and a slice of green pepper on the other half. Proceed in the same way with the remaining buns.

Grill buns until they are golden on the edge.

Place warm pork on 4 half of buns, top with remaining sauce and then with remaining half of buns. Serve immediately.
