 95 g (3/4 cup) cooked ham, cut in dices
 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  1 small onion, finely chopped
 1 cup cooked potatoes, cut in dices
  6 large eggs
 1/3 cup milk
 1/2 tsp salt
 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
 2 tsp paprika
 95 g (1 cup) medium or strong grated cheddar cheese

Preheat the oven 350 ° F and set the oven rack in the first third of the oven. Oil a (8 or 9 inches) square pan and spread out the ham in the pan.

In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat and cook the onion for about 2 minutes. Add the potatoes and continue cooking until the onions and potatoes begin to brown. Distribute this preparation over the ham in the pan.

In a medium bowl, beat the eggs, add the milk, salt, pepper and paprika and pour over the ham, potatoes and onions. Bake 25 minutes.

Sprinkle the cheese over the casserole and bake 10 minutes.
